Epson ColorWorks / TM-C3500 Adjustable Unwinder & Rewinder

The Epson ColorWorks C3500 / TM-C3500 unwinder and rewinder allows you to print and wind inkjet labels on mass.

This is ideal if you’re looking to supply your labels on rolls once printed or apply the labels using an applicator.

These parts are all available separately so speak to the team here if you only need a rewinder for example. Combined as a three including the plate everything is all kept in line making for a reliable print position.

The ColorWorks C3500 manages rolls of labels up to 127mm while having and outside diameter up to 250mm. The user can select among the adjustable core holder from 40mm up to 118mm and the 3″ fixed.

C3500 LABEL UNWINDER

The position of the tension arm is calibrated as follows:

– When the printer forwards the media for printing, the tension arm goes up, the device unwinds the media.

– When the tension arm is in the middle position, the device is idle.

– When the printer pulls back the media, the tension arm goes down, the device rewinds it

C3500 LABEL REWINDER

The position of the tension arm is calibrated as follows:

– When the printer forwards the media for printing, the tension arm goes down, the device rewinds the media.

– When the tension arm is in the middle position, the device is idle.

– When the printer pulls back the media, the tension arm goes up, the device unwinds it.
